We offer free shipping for US domestic orders over $75.*

Our team fulfills orders in the order in which they are received during regular business hours (M-F). Typically, fulfillment time takes 1-3 business days before an order is shipped. During peak holiday season, fulfillment time may take 5-7 business days.
Fulfillment time is not included in shipping time.
My order still hasn't arrived
Orders typically ship 1-3 business days after the order has been placed, and shipping time is calculated once the courier has received the package. Once an order has left our facility and is in the hands of the courier, they have full control over its whereabouts and delivery.
For most shipping methods, shipping times are not a guaranteed service and unforeseen delays can happen. WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS ON SHIPPING COSTS FOR DELAYED SHIPMENTS. If you have any questions regarding your shipping method, please visit the courier’s website.

How can I edit my subscription?
You can edit your subscription by logging into your Anima Mundi account.
If you don't have an account, email us and we'll help you out
I want to edit my subscription but I don’t have an account
If you don't have an account with us, you can create one here. Once you have created your account, you will be able to access your subscriptions to make any adjustments.
Otherwise, email us for a password-free link to your Subscriptions Portal
Returns
My package never arrived
If you have Route Package Protection on your order, please file a claim for the missing package on Route’s website.
If you do not have Route, please email within 30 days of the delivery date or last tracking update. Depending on the circumstance of the missing or stolen package, we can provide a full or partial refund.
A product didn't agree with me. Can I get a refund?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with a product, simply return it to us for a partial refund. All returns of opened products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping.
